The Vayo Multi-Strategy AMC is an Actively Managed Certificate launched in collaboration with Onvest AG, a Swiss-based independent asset manager regulated by FINControl Suisse and supervised in accordance with Swiss financial market regulation. Teyo Labs serves as Strategy Advisor, providing the automated trading signals that drive the portfolio; Onvest acts as Strategy Manager, responsible for portfolio management and execution oversight.
The strategy is a diversified, fully automated portfolio that combines well-established risk premia with proprietary alpha signals developed through statistical research, quantitative modelling and applied AI. It can take long and short exposure across global equities, bonds, ETFs, futures and options, and is designed to deliver risk-adjusted returns with limited correlation to traditional asset classes.
